This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use Adding Decades (the “Site”). We serve users in the US and globally.

Orders/Payments: processed by PayPal and Stripe; we do not store card data on our servers.

Information collected automatically

Usage/analytics data: pages viewed, device/browser info, IP address, timestamps; collected via Google Analytics. We treat cookies and similar technologies collectively as “cookies.”

What we don’t collect

Sensitive data (e.g., health, biometrics): none.

Children’s data: we do not target users under 18 and do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Why: Operate the Site, let you sign in, and provide requested features.

Why: Take payments via PayPal and Stripe, and maintain order records.

3) Cookies & tracking

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand Site usage. GA may set cookies or similar identifiers.

Where required by law (e.g., EU/UK), analytics runs only with your consent. You can withdraw consent via browser settings or available consent tools.

We do not use advertising/retargeting pixels.

4) Sharing your information

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We disclose data only to service providers acting on our behalf and under contract, such as:

Hosting/CDN: our web host/infrastructure providers

These providers may process data only to deliver their services to us.

5) International transfers

We operate in the USA. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, your data may be transferred outside your region (e.g., to the USA). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) provided by our processors (such as Google and PayPal & Stripe).

6) Retention

Account data: kept until you delete your account or request deletion, then removed or anonymized unless we must keep it for legal reasons.

Orders/Invoices: retained as required for tax/accounting (typically up to 7 years).

Support emails: kept as needed to handle your request and improve service.

Analytics data: retained per analytics settings (commonly up to 14 months) or shorter where required.

7) Your rights

EU/EEA & UK residents: rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, and port your data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your Supervisory Authority.

California residents (CPRA): rights to know, correct, and delete personal information, and to limit use of sensitive personal information (not collected here). We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk (including HTTPS and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Children’s privacy

The Site is suitable for all ages but not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support@addingdecades.com and we will delete it.

10) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We’ll post the new date at the top and email members if changes are material.
