1) Accepting these terms
By using Adding Decades (the “Site”) or buying a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2) Who we are
Adding Decades LLC operates this Site to provide digital longevity and wellness content for adults.
Our business address is in the United States, and these terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
3) Lifetime digital membership
Your purchase grants lifetime access to the digital materials offered at the time of purchase and to all future updates.
“Lifetime” means as long as the Site and services are operated by Adding Decades LLC.
Access requires a registered account and secure login which is obtained during the purchase process.
We do not charge any recurring fees.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal; we do not store card data on our servers.
Purchases are subject to Section 4 (Products – Refunds).
4) Products – Refunds
Our programs are digital content with immediate access, and digital content cannot be returned once it has been viewed.
Refund window. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have viewed no more than 25% of the program content.
After that. Once you have viewed more than 25% of the content, or after 30 days from purchase, all sales are final and are not eligible for a refund.
How to request. Email support@addingdecades.com from the email address used at purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).
Viewing records. We record video playback activity for member accounts and use these records to determine refund eligibility.
Our discretion. We may offer a refund or credit outside these terms in individual cases. Doing so does not change this policy.
Payment disputes. If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider so we can resolve it quickly.
5) User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all actions taken under your account.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms by sharing their login with other people (simultaneous login by other IP addresses).
6) Intellectual property
All Site content on members-only pages—including video presentations and digital materials—is owned by Adding Decades LLC or licensed to us.
You may view, download, or print materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, redistribute, or sell our materials without written permission.
7) Medical Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site’s content is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice.
We do not guarantee specific results from applying any information or product.
Adding Decades LLC, its owners, or affiliates will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, or recommended products and devices (e.g. improper use of an infrared laser device, or high-frequency ultrasound, etc) except as required by law.
